**What the role is**
**What you will be working on**
- As the Internal Communications Lead under the Corporate Digitalisation (CD) team, you will: - Develop and drive a coherent internal communications strategy to get everyone excited about where the organisation is headed; bolster employee engagement; and reinforce the desired culture and behaviours - Design and rollout engaging and varied forms of internal communications that cut through the noise, and sticks - Develop and implement change management plans to get buy-in for and facilitate adoption of new digital tools and services, new ways of working (e.g. hybrid work environment), and corporate policies - Support senior executives in employee communications by crafting inspiring leadership messages - Manage internal awards and continually profile exemplars to inspire everyone to live out our core values and desired behaviours
**What we are looking for**
- Here are the skills and traits that we'd love you to have - Have 3 or more years of relevant experience in Change Management, Internal Communications, or related areas - Take initiative. You can figure out independently what needs to be done and how you could value-add. - Be comfortable solving complex, ill-defined challenges. You know that there are no “model answers” to organisational challenges and will continue pivoting until you get it right. - Craft well-thought-out proposals that spur action. You analyse issues deeply and present them in a clear and compelling way, with just the right level of detail. - Be an effective team player. You possess high emotional intelligence and can collaborate effectively across functions and agencies. - Have a growth mindset. You stay curious and approach matters with a beginner’s mind, constantly learn new skills, hone your competencies, and keep abreast of the latest thinking and practices in your chosen field. - Possess grit. You persist in the face of adversity and have an indomitable spirit.
