Banquet Captain
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
**Client**: Global Bank
**What this job involves**:
Need to be culturally sensitive, and perform work ethically and with integrity.
Assist Hospitality Supervisor to manage equipment, stock inventory accurately and pantry supplies. (I.e., Air pot, ordering of drinks, coffee bean etc.)
Ensure client floor pantry is being top-up promptly
Ensure all crockery are wash and restore back to the destined place
Setting up to user requirement in the training rooms and provide beverages to them.
Check, and tidy all the individual training rooms.
Refresh training rooms before next event arrival.
Prepare lunch area by setup and set down for events.
Escort caterer to the destined training room.
Ensuring all food & beverage are delivered to clients in a timely and professional manner before their event.
Build and maintain good relationship with clients and the relevant departments.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Hospitality Supervisor or Manager.
