**The role**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for brand products in the Travel Retail Southeast Asia region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and travel retail partners to drive product visibility and ensure brand prominence.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product trainings, and business reviews with key accounts to foster strong partnerships and drive sales performance.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and brand training to retail staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and represent the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and propose strategic actions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and training seminars to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on brand values, product innovations, and industry trends to effectively communicate brand messages and drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management within the beauty or luxury industry, preferably in travel retail.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the travel retail landscape and customer dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Strong in retail operations and administrative work
- Digitally saavy to operate the various digital tools and platforms (e.g. SAP BI, Excel, digital education app, other company apps and portals)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and educate others.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury beauty products, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, retailers, and travel retail partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
