Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision.
- Oversee all aspects of human resource activities, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, health & safety, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communications, and labour relations.
- Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives.
- Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Degree qualified with at least 15 years solid commercial HR experience across the full spectrum of HR.
- Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
- Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organizations will be beneficial.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
