**About Nuverse**

Nuverse is a game development and publishing brand under Bytedance, for players and developers around the world. With the mission of "Inspire Creativity, Enrich Life", we are dedicated to serving gamers worldwide, helping 1 billion gamers play and create together in amazing virtual worlds. In order to better connect our game with players in different regions of the world, we need to cooperate with partners in various regions. For now, we're focusing on the exploration of mobile and PC gaming channels in Southeast Asia and looking for an enthusiastic professional who is interested in the game publishing business to support our cooperation with local institutions in Southeast Asia.

1. Responsible for the content ecosystem construction of game products in TikTok in the region, including creator maintenance, contribution activities, content education, resource allocation, etc.

2. Cooperate with colleagues across departments, to tap and call the resources/capabilities/operation methods of TikTok regions, promote the growth of game content in TikTok, and explore the game content operation capabilities based on bytedance-platform;
3. Focus on South East Asian, explore local content operation methods, and carry out operation activities according to regional user demands.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience, fluent in English and either of Malay, Bahasa Indonesia or Chinese in order to communicate with the local vendors and game users.

2. Have a deep understanding of TikTok, have rich experience in game content operation, or have experience in content operation of the short video platform;
3. Strong user perception ability and game understanding ability, can keenly grasp the content trend, and combined with specific product features;
4. Open and cooperative, strong communication skills, self-drive, excellent teamwork awareness;
5.Bonus points: Fanatical funs of TikTok, game players, KOLs or heavy viewers of e-sports, love the content industry, and familiar with the culture of Southeast Asia.
