Senior Content Creator Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Deep understanding of content creators' pain points, growth demands at different stages, and platform-based operation flow, with ongoing improvements to creator experience;
  • Responsible for acquiring potential creators, quality IP, and content;
  • Ability to activate the content creator community through different tactics;
  • Continuously iterate the operation workflow and lead improvements of operation tools to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; more than 5 years of PUGC/PGC creator operation experience preferred; platform operation experience is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English with good communication and execution skills;
  • Excellent data analysis skills to analyze complex data and inform business decisions;
  • Ability to engage in in-depth communication with creators, gain insights into content and user needs, and translate into business actions;
  • Experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
