Based in Singapore/Korea and reporting to the Content Operations Manager in Korea, the Senior Specialist, Content Operations will be responsible for operational tasks to ensure the timely availability and quality of content on the Viki service.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all operational tasks in a content's life cycle, with a focus on dramas and movies from various regions.- Manage the onboarding of new content, this includes:
- Working with various internal stakeholders to determine launch schedule-
- Communicating with external partners on assets requirements and delivery schedule-
- Setting up and maintaining accurate geo-restriction and content windowing rules in accordance with the content strategy-
- Uploading and encoding content in line with the launch schedule-
- Manage and ensure timely renewals and offboarding of existing content in accordance with the content strategy- Perform various operational tasks to ensure quality viewing experience on Viki:
- Video mastering and formatting works-
- Managing master assets-
- Maintaining metadata accuracy-
- Fixing and importing subtitle filesQualifications:
- 6+years experience in broadcast/media industry focused on improving operational efficiency and internal tool enhancements.- Fluent in English and Chinese/Korean, to communicate with internal/external partners- Experience in video editing tools and familiarity with various media formats/codec- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working with teams to understand their needs and implementing changes to optimize workflow.- Strong understanding of OTT business and video streaming platforms- Familiarity with Asian dramas are a plus
