To scale KaiKai growth in Singapore, we are on the hunt for a **Country Director **to be based in our Singapore office. You will work with our world class C-suite on carrying out ambitious long and short term business plans and strategies effectively. You’ll be tasked to massively grow revenue and the business and also ensure a smooth operational process by working closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation.

**What you’ll do**:
- Lead KaiKai Singapore business to drive ambitious growth
- Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the business team
- Support C-leadership to make decisions for setting KaiKai’s strategic short term and long term goals
- Responsible for hiring and scaling the team at speed
- Manage P&L, forecasting and budgeting of Singapore business
- Manage local resources and collaborate with regional team in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Operations,, Customer Service etc
- Construct and execute policies in local office, by working with key functional stakeholders across the region
- Driving operational excellence in all aspects of business
**What you’ll need**:
- Minimum 8 years with business development or business owner or general management experience, preferably in E-commerce or Consumer Tech industry with at least 3 years’ people management experience
- Business scaling experience is a strong plus
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build a winning team aligned with our great culture and values
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Robust organisational, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent fluency in English and the ability to speak in other Asian language(s) is an added value
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to frame actionable insights from data
- Able to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
- Think-of-the-box mentality to create new story angles
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
