Selected applicants will work mainly in the Central Asia region.
**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- At least a degree with 4 years experience in educational business development
- At least 1 year experience in client relations and recruitment management
- Possess high level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and another Asian language
- Good knowledge of the International higher education environment
- Comfortable in negotiating agreements and contracts with international recruitment agents.
- Comfortable with public speaking to large audience
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop TMC's brand in Central Asia
- Meet yearly recruitment targets
- Take charge of recruitment of international students.
- Develop, plan, implement and maintain good sales and marketing strategies for the growth and profitability of TMC.
- Liaising and visiting companies, factories, colleges for presentation, sales and promotion of TMC courses.
- Compilation of competitor’s information, market research analysis and make recommendations to the CEO/Directors.
- To supervise and coordinate with administrators to ensure a smooth process for international students
- Responsible for the public relations (handling of complaints, clients conflict resolution and related matters); and liaising with sales consultants, administrators to provide good administrative support to all the students.
- Training and Orientation of new staff, staff counseling, sales meetings and sales reviews.
- Responsible for managing external communications (i.e. website, facebook) at a corporate level within TMC.
- Coordinate and in consultation with the Supervisor, prepare an annual calendar of marketing events and activities designed to meet recruitment of international student recruitment.
- Conduct seminar and attend education fairs
- Ensure that in-country major recruitment activities and events correspond with the annual plan for the division for such events.
- Coordinate marketing events with other areas within TMC, as required
- Take part in information sessions to international students, their parents and agents as required providing advice on all aspects of TMC courses and government regulations relating to international students.
- Provide professional advice to schools and agents and businesses regarding TMC its courses and facilities and the benefits available to international students.
- Initiate and negotiate new markets with specific schools and potential agents in designated countries in accordance with the division’s overall plan for international recruitment, under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Business Development
- Prepare an annual calendar of travel required for international recruitment of students, ensuring that itineraries do not clash with major marketing events at which attendance is required
