E-Commerce Assistant

**Reports To**:
The E-Commerce Assistant will report directly to the Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
**The ecommerce Assistant's role is to grow the overall eCommerce business through**

**executing customers' order fulfilment and maintaining the different digital platforms**

**What does success look like in this role?**

**Orders are handed over to the logistic provider in a timely manner.**

**Reduced return/refund due to wrong product shipped.**

**Increase in overall sales on digital platforms from good service.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Manage All E-Commerce Platforms Under The Company; including but not limited to:
1.1. Shopee

1.2. Lazada

1.3. WhatsApp Business

1.4. Carousell

1.5. Qoo10

1.6. Company Website

1.6.1. Duties include:
1.6.1.1. Product nomination for platform campaigns

1.6.1.2. Manage flash sales

1.6.1.3. Track and process order cancellation(s) and return(s)

1.6.1.4. Consistent and timely update of all product listings

1.6.1.5. Manage all fulfilment and self-pickup requests;
1.6.1.5.1. Processing and packing of orders for timely delivery/pickup

1.6.1.5.2. Attending to all walk-in customers

1.6.1.5.3. Arranging designated couriers (Qexpress) for urgent deliveries via Easyparcel or Lazada

1.6.1.5.4. Process all inbound Ninjavan/ShopeeXpress drop-off parcels - scan and track parcel movements

1.6.1.6. Perform regular stock-taking duties for sim cards and packaging materials;
1.6.1.6.1. Inventory management; ensure there is adequate stock so as not to disrupt order fulfilment

1.6.1.6.2. Process new stock arrivals; update the inventory database

1.6.1.7. Process wholesale orders;
1.6.1.7.1. Help with order fulfilment

1.6.1.7.2. Any other ad-hoc related tasks

1.6.1.8. Manage product labels

1.6.1.8.1. Designing and printing

**Place of Work**:
In Office, Air Conditioned

Macpherson Area, Closest MRT: Potong Pasir

**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Fridays, 10 am - 630 pm

**Compensation Package**:
Probation period (3 months): Monthly basic salary of S$2200

Successful Completion of Probation:

- Monthly basic salary of S$2500
- Monthly Variable Bonus

**Benefits**:

3. Standard Medical/Hospitalisation Leave based on SG Employment guidelines

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
