Geylang, Singapore Sibe Global Pte Ltd Full time

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on our e-store and online marketplaces in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Active management of e-commerce store, e-marketplaces and other online assets
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability
- Work with logistics department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfilment and order delivery
- Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores
- Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
- Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
- Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
- Proficient in product photography and videography
- Ensure smooth customer buying journey online
- Manage logistics, customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma holder with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG
- Sales-driven
- Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible proactive and able to work independently
- Working knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, HTML and Web Content Management System
