**Job Responsibilities**:
The E-commerce Operations Specialist is in charge of the inventory management of online stores and is responsible for the run rate and stock turn day.
He/she works in a fluid and collaborative environment. He /she supports the basic intent of converting sales and ensuring the overall care and maintenance of different online stores and stock transfer.
He/she possesses strong rational thinking and is data-oriented, meticulous, resourceful, able to work under high pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
**E-Commerce Operations**
Assist in ensuring all orders are fulfilled, as well as resolving customer inquiries, dispute cases and fraud returns by co-working with order management and customer advocacy teams
Perform routine checks, ensure accuracy and quality of product information, images, content and offer are setup correctly
Identify technical bugs, file tickets and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution
Familiarize with Razer product offerings and ecommerce platform tools
Responsible for achieving sales forecast and targets
Provide support for other Online activities and projects when required
Perform other duties as assigned
**Inventory Management, Reporting, & Analysis**
Regularly check inventory, analyze dynamic sales data, and provide regular run rate sales reports.
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of data inventory management system
Create and analyse weekly/monthly online sales and product performance reports to improve product sell-through; identify inventory risks and opportunities
Manage and maintain optimal level of stocks. Proposing and implementing replenishment and stock allocation strategies to maximise sales and reach KPI’s
Assist in the consolidation and reporting of data for analysis; propose opportunities to grow our outreach and revenue
Review historical sales and prices trends, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Category and Marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.

Understanding of ecommerce sales and fulfilment model is a plus.
Possess knowledge Excel skills, eCommerce platform & SAP will be advantageous.
