Our organization seeks a skilled and diligent professional to fill the role of Junior E-Commerce Executive. As part of our growing online sales channels, this individual will be responsible for supporting various e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders through One-cart and accurately input them into Oracle NetSuite.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries on platforms like Shopee and Shopify, maintaining positive store ratings.
  • Collaborate in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms to boost sales.
  • Design basic layouts for product pages using Canva or similar tools, enhancing the user experience.
  • Update and maintain product listings across all online stores, including creating visually appealing cover photos and product visuals.
  • Ensure seamless functionality of our platforms and website.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report valuable insights from e-commerce data and KPIs.
  • Establish strong working relationships with platform account managers.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for promotions and campaigns, including social media initiatives like TikTok livestreams.
  • Research competitors' online activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support coordination between Finance and Sales teams to align online orders with internal records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and NTUC, with fluency in English and Mandarin for customer support.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, multitasking skills, and self-discipline.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Canva or ORACLE Netsuite is a plus.
