As we expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Online Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.Role Overview:As an Online Marketing Specialist at BestoAI, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in driving traffic, engagement, and sales growth through effective digital strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display ads.- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality marketing assets.- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Manage and optimize the company's SEO and SEM strategies.- Grow our social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Requirements:- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce or tech industries.- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.,
