Are you an organized and customer-focused individual with experience in managing online sales operations? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to lead our team in handling year-end online book sales. This critical role involves overseeing the online backend, processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with our retail team to ensure a seamless online ordering experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Manage and lead a dedicated team to handle year-end online book sales, ensuring a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Online Backend Management**:Take charge of the online ordering platform. This includes preparing the listing, uploading product information, updating stock availability, and maintaining accurate product listings.
- **Order Processing**:Efficiently process online orders in a timely manner.
- **Customer Service**:Handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously, addressing questions related to orders, delivery times, refunds, and any other concerns that may arise.
- **Coordination with Retail Staff**:Collaborate with retail staff to communicate on inventory level, order packing and delivery statuses, ensuring smooth logistics and on-time deliveries.
- **Sales Analysis and Process Improvement**:Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Continuously identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing sales operations and leading a team effectively.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in using online order management systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the books and stationery industry is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands during peak seasons.
