Key Responsibilities:
- Platform & Campaign Optimization
- Support planning and execution of digital campaigns on various platforms.
- Collaborate with suppliers on product launches, promotional content, and email marketing initiatives.
- E-Commerce Business Development
- Oversee e-commerce activities including content creation, order fulfilment, supply chain coordination, and customer service.
- Lead daily operations and ensure seamless order processing with internal teams.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and platform performance using key data insights.
- Generate reports to evaluate effectiveness of promotions and digital initiatives.
- Project Coordination & Improvement
- Manage project timelines and liaise with IT and internal teams for system improvements and CMS testing.
- Support system troubleshooting and enhancements.

Requirements:
