**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to support business growth strategies.
- Assist in setting up and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring it is constantly populated with potential leads.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Participate in business development meetings, providing input and suggestions for business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
