Established since 1987, ECON Healthcare Group celebrates more than 35 years of commitment to quality healthcare and eldercare services this year. As a regional provider for integrated healthcare services in Singapore, Malaysia and China, the Group incorporates a chain of medicare centres and nursing homes, hospital services, a careskill training centre, a chain of senior services centres, home care services, physiotherapy services and traditional Chinese medicine services. The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.
DESIGNATION : Executive/ Senior Executive, L&D, Employee Awards, Engagement, and Wellness
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Key Responsibilities**
**Learning and Development**
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes that enhance organisational capabilities and employee skills and build bench strength of our leaders/supervisors.
- Manage the ECON Careskills Training Centre to deliver high-quality training and development initiatives.
- Oversee and Administer internship programmes and develop partnerships with educational institutions to create a pipeline of talent.
- Support initiatives such as the Career Conversion Scheme and Return to Nursing Programmes to facilitate career transitions and support workforce development.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives, utilising metrics to drive decision-making.
- Oversee sponsorship bonds, deeds and undertakings for minimum service period.
- Oversee and organise Orientation/Acculturation Programmes including periodic review on its effectiveness and the content.
**Employee Awards and Engagement**
- Oversee and administer employee recognition programmes that celebrate achievements and contributions to the organisation.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, including the Employee Climate Survey, to assess staff morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse survey results and recommend targeted strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
**Wellness Programmes**
- Design and implement comprehensive wellness programmes that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance offerings related to employee health and wellness.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and/or Wellness programmes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of government funding initiatives related to training and development, as well as familiarity with healthcare industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee recognition and wellness programmes that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning and employee well-being.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
