Roles & Responsibilities

Activeo is a Consulting and Technology company specialised in Contact Centre and Customer Experience Technology since 1995.

As part of our Engineering Team, this position involves implementing, delivering and supporting our Voice and Contact Centre solutions in a client-facing environment.

You will be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining the systems mainly around Cisco, Verint and Calabrio technologies.

At Activeo we strive to deliver great customer service and high-quality implementation. We are looking at similar minded individual that share the same passion than us.

What you will do:
This is a client-facing environment where you will serve as a senior technical engineer in collaboration with the business transformation team.
- You work closely with the project team to install, deploy, support and administering of the required communication and contact centre solutions.
- You mentor and support junior engineers
- You are an escalation point for the support team
- You work closely with the delivery manager to bring best practices and continuous improvement.

You will be a great fit if:

- Able to speak and write English (a bonus if you are able to speak a second language, Chinese or Malay)
- You have more than 6 years hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting on Cisco UCCX or UCCE (CCNA, CCIE certification is highly appreciated)
- You have more than 1 year hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting on AWS Connect with certification (AWS Architect)
- You have a strong knowledge of voice technologies, audio over IP and networking.
- You are autonomous but know how to work in a team
- You have good time-management skills and able to provide consistent and frequent project status/issue with the people in-charge.
- You have the work hard/play hard spirit and you want a company that can challenge you while giving you opportunity to grow professionally.

Any certification on Cisco Contact Centre, Verint, Calabrio or AWS Connect technologies is highly appreciated for this position.
