Leading a team of engineers to support and maintain the technology stack comprising the automation solution and infrastructure
- Responsible for the management and support of the automation systems Infrastructure including installation, configuration, maintenance, and recovery on
- Support, develop and troubleshoot orchestration workflows and code
- Documenting automation platform processes, programs, and procedures
- Know and work within security requirements
- Know and work within version control, change and release management processes
- Be part of a team that takes ownership of the entire infrastructure automation solution
- Establish responsive business relationship with customers including problem reporting, escalation and resolution processes
- Ensure that the infrastructure meets the agreed high availability, performance and security requirements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance, security and operability in mind
- Facilitate/Lead and support the troubleshooting or root cause analysis of platform issues or incidents with other internal teams
- Ensure timely escalation of incidents and problems and timely recovery of the service for Priority 1 and2 incidents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
