Technical Operations Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our technical infrastructure team and ensure seamless integration with building automation applications and industrial controllers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical infrastructure supporting building automation applications and industrial controllers.
  • Provide operational support on current technical infrastructure, including VMWARE/Windows, backup/recovery, and Windows Domain Controller.
  • Lead technical project management of IT & OT initiatives, such as Office 365, video conferencing, industrial controls, and cyber security rollout.
  • Maintain updated documentation of servers, storage, backup, DC LAN, security, and configuration details.
  • Develop processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.
  • Design and implement servers, storage, backup, DC LAN, and desktops based on standards developed by working closely with project teams.
  • Contribute to input on new or upgrade server/storage/backup/DC LAN/security projects.
