We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive and enhance our infrastructure automation initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform, along with a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Develop standardized automation playbooks, modules, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent infrastructure deployment.
  • Implement self-healing and auto-remediation mechanisms to minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and automation methodologies for infrastructure optimization.
Governance, Security, and Compliance:
  • Ensure automation frameworks comply with security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain auditability, logging, and monitoring of all automated infrastructure activities.
About the Role

This role requires both technical leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide the team while aligning automation strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and Day-2 operations automation.
  • Leading the Infrastructure Automation team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Fostering a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in automation.
  • Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.
