**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the maintenance and servicing of security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely inspections, repairs and upgrades of surveillance equipment
- Supervise a team of technicians responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections of surveillance equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Analyse system performance data and user feedback to identify trends and recommend enhancements to optimize system functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, service records, and equipment manuals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to security surveillance systems
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and facilities management, to integrate surveillance systems with existing infrastructure and address cross-functional requirements
- Stay informed about advancements in surveillance technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system capabilities

**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. A relevant technical certification may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in managing security surveillance systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical proficiency in CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to security surveillance, such as GDPR and ISO 27001
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
