Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Procurement and Sourcing Specialist reporting directly to the Asia Supply Chain Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity, 2 days remote per week.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Vendor Network Management: Leading vendor engagement; managing & establishing SOPs; driving scorecard / KPIs for vendor performance management; appointing new suppliers to mitigate & eliminate supply failure risk and underperformance from any current vendors.
- Driving competitive sourcing through price benchmarking and negotiations.
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
- Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
- Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
- Manage replenishment based on safety stock/ demand review/ customer orders for Raw Materials/ Packaging/ Purchase for resales/etc.
- Managing sourcing activities for finished / raw / packaging material in line with production plan.
- Lead SOP review for sourcing and suggest changes in defined procedures and practices needed to meet growth aspirations.
- Play a key role in assisting with Product Strategy implementation (Introduction / Phase In/Out and related activities).
- Manage day to day activities to ensure supply availability and continuity.
- Monthly Review & Reporting: KPIs; Spend; Cost & sourcing trends.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

**What You'll Need**
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of Procurement and Sourcing experience, regional role with cultural diversity experience is an advantage
- SAP/ Outlook/ Office/ TEAM
