
Procurement Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end procurement process and standardize processes, policies and practices consistent with the Group Procurement policies.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies and plans. Manage Source to Contract (S2C), vendor management and due diligence requirements. Oversee Procure to Pay (P2P) process to build healthy vendor relationships and have better control over spending.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the roll-out and implementation of new Procurement transformation initiatives and process changes. For the policy and process change rollout, work closely with those affected corporate function/s for streamlined implementation.
- Responsible for all the sourcing and negotiating procurement activities and manage the indirect procurement categories (Admin, Marketing, IT, Professional Services etc.)
- Regularly conduct spend analysis and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to address business opportunities and needs to drive value in the region efficiency, quality, cost reduction, agility, etc.
- Constantly conduct market study and research to obtain knowledge and understanding of the supply market trend
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Support APAC and Global Procurement leaders in rolling out of Group Procurement strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience within procurement
- Proven experience in creating and implementing procurement strategies and plans across business units
- Ability to balance long term strategic procurement direction, with the day-to-day operational challenges and requirements
- Able to work independently, meticulous, and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to rapidly changing business dynamics in a fast-paced environment
