**What you will do**:
supports, developing and implementing GA distribution channel strategies, sales & marketing programs to drive sustainable business growth, improve margin, and AR control.

**How you will do**:

- Accountable for meeting and exceeding GA light commercial business revenue and margin objectives through established growth initiatives while managing selling and operational cost
- To gain the insight on the GA light commercial HVAC market, competitive landscape, industry trend, and channel dynamics;
- Develop and execute the distribution channel G2M strategy ,sales & marketing strategy and channel dealer policy
- Responsible for hiring and developing a high performance team of individual country sales professionals who is capable to drive individual country/territory business performance
- Drive the dealer high performance through dealership life cycle management (distribution playbook)
- Establish the distribution channel management cadence and drive continuous evolvement
- Ensure approved JCI Code of Conduct and any other policies, procedures and operating objectives are strictly adhered to

**What we look for**:

- Possess Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years leading a regional sales organization in a related industry Minimum 10 years track record of country & regional distribution sales and marketing experience.
- Experience planning, developing and executing branding, sales campaigns, programs or seminars
- Ability to manage and influence others with a demonstrated capability to collaborate with various people and groups while delivering results
- Strong interpersonal and organizational management skills
- Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate business needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence and presence at senior levels
