**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts within the security services sector.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- **Presentations & Proposals**:Prepare and present tailored security service proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**:Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms while meeting sales targets.
- **Collaboration with Operations**:Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of security services.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and market insights to the management team.
- **Networking & Events**:Represent White Knights Security Services at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the brand’s reach.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:A degree in Business, Marketing, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the security industry (or other related sectors).
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation Skills**:Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with the security services industry, including trends, challenges, and client needs.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales management software.
- **Language Skills**:Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- **Attributes**:Strong self-motivation, results-driven, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
