**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Director, APAC, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant within the Revenue Department. The Technical Solutions Consultant is responsible for using technical expertise and in-depth domain knowledge to ensure that Trulioo's most important clientele and prospects obtain the highest possible value from our services and implementation. This role will work closely with Trulioo's Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Service Delivery (SVD) to understand a prospect's technical and business demands. With the knowledge gained from discovery, you will present solutions that meet their unique needs and be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of these solutions. The Technical Solutions Consultant will use their knowledge and skills to foster strong relationships with these clients and prospects, ensuring a successful solutioning and implementation of Trulioo products.

This is a full-time position in our quickly growing Singapore office.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Become an expert and contribute to the knowledge of the Trulioo Identity Platform, services, and key differentiators for APAC customers
- Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for our most strategic customers
- Act as Project Manager for the implementation of new services to drive adoption and build long-term Customer Health through ownership of daily technical support and escalations
- Use product knowledge and relevant experience to consult on best practices and offer constructive direction for Identity strategy
- Work with Account Executives to drive the discovery process to uncover customer technical requirements, business needs, technical demonstrations and proof of concept projects

**You have**:

- A deep understanding of APIs including knowledge of RESTful principles, API design, authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.), and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.)=
- Comfortable working both alone and on a team including supporting projects with remote employees in other offices and countries
- Good understanding of how to translate technical requirements from customer into recommendations using our "Trusted Expert" ethos
- Written and verbal English and Mandarin proficiency is required
- Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education
- 3-5 years experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role
- Experience using Postman or similar tools to troubleshoot API integrations
- Exposure to tools and services that help customers meet compliance obligations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/G-Suite tools
- Prior experience at a SaaS organization
