**Senior Baker**

**Overview**:

- Working Shift Timing: 11.00 pm to 8.00 am / 7.00 am to 4.00 pm
- Workplace at Tampines West

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries by following standard SOPs;
- Checking and packing of bread items for delivery;
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times;
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products;
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines;
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies;
- Notify the Head Baker of any low stock or replenishment needs;
- Follow established recipes and procedures for consistent product quality;
- Collaborate with the Head Baker on new recipe development and improvements;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.

**Job Requirements**:

- Formal culinary or baking education is a plus;
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a bakery or culinary setting;
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations;
- Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
