**Responsibilities**:

- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Bake full range of breads, cakes, pastries, tarts and pies using the company’s recipe specifications
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Provide input and work with Head Baker to operationalize the creation of new recipes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Baker

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a bakery setting
- Must be able to read and follow recipes
- Good knowledge in baking breads, cakes, pastries, tarts and pies
- Familiar with standard kitchen equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, blenders etc.)
- Able to work with other team members to meet deadlines
- Able to work evenings, on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays as needed
- Be punctual and well disciplined
- Diploma or professional certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts or similar preferred
- Understanding of health and safety and basic food hygiene practices
