**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular checks on workstations and servers to ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the performance, uptime, and utilization of infrastructure systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead troubleshooting and recovery efforts, identifying areas for improvement in system performance.
- Assess required resources for system modifications, considering time, cost, and technical constraints.
- Develop and implement modification plans to enhance system functionality or resolve issues.
- Regularly review and assess proposed system changes to meet business and technical needs.
- Maintain detailed records of system changes, maintenance, and faults according to company standards.
- Oversee system maintenance in line with established guidelines and policies.
- Resolve end-user issues by providing effective and timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, especially those related to Check Point technology.
- Investigate root causes of technical problems, escalating them when necessary, while keeping clients informed.
- Monitor network performance and suggest improvements to optimize overall system functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with server, network, cybersecurity, and storage systems (Linux/Windows).
- Strong experience in system administration for Linux, Windows, and Unix-based systems.
- Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V platforms.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system-related issues.
