Position: Senior Technical Executive (Facilities)
Location: North-East Region

**Salary**: Up to $4200

**Job Description**:

- **Site Management**:Oversee all aspects of site operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and car park management.
- **Maintenance Scheduling**:Develop and manage the scheduling of maintenance activities, including both routine and ad hoc tasks, to ensure efficient site operations.
- **Liaison with Contractors**:Coordinate with external contractors for hard and soft services, such as repairs, installations, housekeeping, and security, to ensure service quality and compliance with site standards.
- **M&E Oversight**:Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they are regularly maintained and meet safety and performance standards.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and compliance with local regulations, conducting regular checks and audits as needed.
- **Issue Resolution**:Identify and resolve issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**:Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with site services.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance/ Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years Facilities Management Services experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Communicate well in English (both spoken and written) to establish good working rapport with stakeholders.
