**JOB SCOPE**
- Provide unmatched customer services to all customers in order to create customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct customer meetings regarding specifications and clarify event items to ensure compliance with house rules and regulations.
- Monitor, direct and coordinate with other Departments and the customer to set up, operate and dismantle a wide range of AV equipments including overhead projectors, fast-fold and tripod screens, wireless microphones, audio mixers, PA systems, computer/video projectors (LCD’s), production video cameras, audio and video playback and recording devices, draping, and stage lighting, etc. in compliance with house rules and regulations.
- Remain update with the latest AV technology and advise management on the potential impact on the Department.
- Design and install new integrated AV systems when necessary.
- Work with system drawings, schematics, cable run lists to determine the proper cable pull path location for new expansions. Install speakers, amplifiers, video components, and all required wiring when necessary.
- Coordinate with outside contracting companies for programming and installation of various AV components and/or systems.
- Handle the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of low voltage electronics, including sound systems, video, satellite, and video teleconference equipment, etc.
- Maintain and provide technical expertise for all AV systems, and all attached equipment (cameras, microphones, modulators, demodulators, antennas, dishes and all associated equipment).
- Isolate problems with AV systems and make equipment substitutions to provide immediate resolution of system failures.
- Coordinate professional repair or replacement of failed equipment as necessary and coordinate technical support contracts with specialized system vendors as needed.
- Assist storekeeper with proper security, storage, inventory control, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist to perform monthly and quarterly inventory and forecasting of equipment and spare parts needed.
- Support the customer and the Department in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.
- Handle special projects and other job duties as assigned.
- To Planning & Production Team schedule/operation.
- To plan, design, presentation of AV solutions, manage and deliver event technical services / audio-visual / staging production for event technical production assigned and to attend / co-ordinate production meetings with customers and internal department.
- To prepare and submit technical riders / run down / service orders etc. with costs and estimates for event managers / conference managers and customer acceptance.
- To deliver on site technical services together with in-house production team / vendors / service providers / contractors in accordance with agreements / event orders / service orders etc. For event productions.
- Provide on-site support and coordination by using products and services of Marina Bay Sands.
- Raise required technical riders and rental.
- To Monitor expenses /casual/ outside service/rental for events.
- To perform duties assigned by team supervisor and/or manager.
- To perform day to day operations of programming and set up of digital signage.
- To assist AV team with audio / video distribution.
- Setup and distribute RF networks for free to air and paid cable TV systems.
- Be able to trouble shoot all digital signage and distribution issues.
- Provide support to AV podium when trouble shooting AV systems.
- Liaise with outside contractors for deliveries or repair of items.
- Perform maintenance to all AV Systems Items.
- Keep accurate records of faulty / broken /and repaired gear.
- Maintain up-to-date AV System inventory.
- Respond to all incidents in a timely manner.
- Be able to take and give instructions to others.
- Perform work and communicate with others in noisy / dark environments.
- Assist to perform monthly and quarterly inventory and forecasting of equipment and spare parts needed.
- Train in-house technical assistants on all floor activities.
- Handle special projects and other job duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Polytechnic/High School Diploma/Degree in related field preferred; Audio-Vision Certificate preferred
- Strong background in audio-visual services and operations
- At least 5 years work experiences in AV productions
