**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Essential Job Functions**:
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Appraise colleague’s performance and provide feedback and training to keep them upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventor
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Compliant handling and point of escalation for all guest complaints
- Performance manage team through Ce La Vi appraisal system
- Contribute feedback to the kitchen and other management staff on all aspects of the guest's experience.
- Works closely with reservations/sales to ensure a personal experience is created for all our guests.
- Training and Customer Service to assess team member development needs through skills gap analysis
- Identifying the needs of employees; conducting training sessions and evaluating their performance
- Conduct daily briefing, ensure daily briefing book is complete and signed off
- Organize and adjust team member schedules in accordance with the sales forecast
- Accountability of all team members overtime
- Management of agency and part-time labor
- Monitor and assist with floor service ensuring guest expectations are always exceeded.
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma in Hospitality and/or degree in a business-related field. If you have WSQ qualifications, it would be an added advantage.
- You must have the “fire in the belly” and be able to energize your colleagues with creativity measures to align them with their individual KPIS and the department’s KPIS.
- Must have at least 8 years’ experience in managing exclusive venues and be flexible with the working hours.
- Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen, and excellent knowledge of the latest sales and marketing trends.
- Decisive VIP ambassador.
- Excellent communications skills with extensive food and wine knowledge.
- Computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
**Salary**: From $6,000.00 per month
