This leadership role reports to our Head of Marketing and Digital Commerce, Asia & LATAM. We’re growing exponentially across the region and are looking for driven and motivated people to join us. The projects we are working on will shape the future of healthcare delivery and the entire team is very passionate about delivering on this challenge.

You will see endless opportunities in driving new initiatives within our core B4B offerings, while at the same time laying the foundation for transformative B2C work through experimentation in newer areas. You are energized by the opportunity to set an agenda and execute on it, and are keen to show what you can do across the entire value chain, from concept and idea to execution and delivery
Your B2B/B4B and channel marketing history from the consumer technology and/or healthcare industry will ensure you bring the right experience to turbocharge our efforts as we reinvent the way healthcare is delivered in Emerging Asia and beyond.
**Let’s talk about responsibilities**:
- Strategic ideation, development and implementation of the marketing & digital strategy including but not limited to B4B aspects and physician, distributor and professional channels
- Develop a data-informed marketing strategy, based on market research, customer insights and deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analyses and historical market trends
- Partner closely with sales leadership to set a strategic vision that propels the business forward, establishing best-in-class B4B marketing programs
- Work with in-country sales management and distributors to understand key market requirements and drive business outcomes
- Lead, motivate and engage with your team to successfully execute on the strategy and deliver tangible business results
- Experiment courageously with new models and pathways to diagnosis and treatment, setting the foundations for the establishment of the ResMed brand with new audiences
- Overall management of marketing activities across EA markets including new product launches, clinical education, campaigns and management & development of existing portfolio/programs/promotions/, trade shows, conferences, events etc (Covid permitting)
- Development and management of annual budgets and forecast.
- Work closely with the Product Portfolio Management team across regions to communicate market conditions and requirements for next generation devices, digital services and third party products
- Development and maintenance of relationships with key suppliers, business partners, industry associations, KOLs and government bodies; working with cross-functional teams to implement customer plans and establish measures / processes to monitor execution
- Partner with regional and global marketing groups to align on strategic priorities and solve common challenges
- Responsible for local price strategy and ongoing management of Customer Price Lists
- Lead, coach and mentor a high performing Marketing team for EA
- Provide wider inputs to the Asia & LATAM region, sharing best practices as well as customer insights/trends/behaviour.
- Contribute to the Asia & LATAM marketing leadership forum by participating actively in discussions, problem-solving and cross-border partnerships with regional colleagues.
**Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree in marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience in a marketing management role.
- A growth mindset with a passion for sleep and digital health. Ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrating marketing excellence in B2B/B4B, with a keen understanding of the importance of brand
- Ability to lead, engage and grow a team, working within the region whilst also collaborating across other markets in the wider Asia & LATAM team.
- Prior experience in marketing within the consumer electronics, consumer technology, medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare/digital health industry will be advantageous.
