As a Project Administrator / Document Controller, you willmanage the administrative and logístical aspects to ensure smooth project execution ina major government infrastructure project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely submission.
- Coordinate and track document workflows, approvals, and project deliverables.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, minutes, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and project procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- **Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in IT projects**
- **Prior experience in handling project documentation and submissions is essential.**
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- **Familiarity with engineering or IT project environments is a strong advantage**.
- **Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.**
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
