**Job Description**:
We help our clients stay ahead of changes that impact their businesses, navigating complexity and risk. We deliver deep immigration technical, people and legal expertise, while providing the critical context to make informed and compliant decisions. The work we do is diverse with clients ranging from multinational organisations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses.

As a Client Administration, you will support project organisation, finance system control and electronic administration. You’ll help our team with project planning, client communications, financial administration, budget preparation and data entry risk administration. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Administrative Support & Coordination**
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of global mobility operations
- Coordinate and follow up with clients on behalf of the team with regards to documentations, signatories, etc
- Verify tax notices, draft payment advice and/or liaise directly with the IRAS
- Process e-filing of tax returns
- Provide administrative support to the team and Partner
- Organize team and client meetings
- Manage Help Centre tickets
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

**Reporting & Tracking**
- Download and prepare status reports to be shared with clients and/or the team, etc.
- Track and follow up with teams on outstanding actions
- Extract and prepare monthly financial & revenue reports on behalf of the partners & directors
- Billings
- Prepare monthly draft bills
- Follow up on outstanding client invoices

**Risk Management**
- Perform client risk management checks

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in professional firms or related administrative fields
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to work in teams, within deadlines and process-oriented
- Agile, meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities
