This position is based in Singapore, Tuas Loop and will report to Lead, Manufacturing Technology and Operations

**How you will contribute**
- Receive the material from external warehouse at the site, ensure right material in terms of quality and quantity are received.
- Do necessary unloading checks and unload them safely and store it properly, communicate the receipt of the same to quality and supply chain
- Complete the production as per the work sheet and manufacturing checklist provided
- Operate and maintain the equipment as per the SOP / WI
- Ensure all food safety requirements are fulfilled in the respective work area
- To keep and maintain proper production/warehouse records.
- Take samples and ensure all products produced meet the product specification and quality standard.
- Achieve the agreed department targets on safety, health, and environmental performance.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at the workplaces via the continuous 5S practices.
- Actively participate in the daily scheduled production/warehouse briefing.
- Make continuous improvements in routing work through operational excellence project and teamwork.
- Promote and support continuous improvement processes (GMP, ISO, Safety and Health, Environmental, Quality and Work System)
- Assist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Diploma or Technical Certificate (Nitec) in any Engineering related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in chemical, food or pharmaceutical industry).
- Possess an understanding of ISO, GMP and ESH concept.
- Knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, OSHA and EHS regulation will be advantageous.

**Working hours**:

- Morning shift - 8AM to 8PM
- Night Shift - 8PM to 8AM
- 2-2-3 shift schedule
