Production Technician

  • Salary: $2,500 Gross

  • Working Location: Tuas West Rd

1) Front-end Production Technician x4

Working Hours: 12 hours shift work

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform frontend process of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide other utilities operations.

  • Perform receiving of front end related raw materials and record it on prescribe inventory log.

  • Perform chemical discharge to the raw material tanks, sampling collections and other related activities

  • Carry out process monitoring using DCS, LPC and other HMI related items.

  • Record the parameters using prescribe check sheet and datasheet and ensure the reading is within prescribe operational range.

  • Carry out and use of hand-held equipment necessary for operation activities.

  • Prescribe to adhere the procedure on QMS, EMS and OHS.

  • Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities.

  • Strictly adhere to standard operational procedure and observing line discipline.

  • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate with a Diploma in a related field.

  • Working experience in manufacturing setting

2) Back-end Production Technician x3

Working Days: 5 days Mon-Fri

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

  • Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide and mixing and filling of chemical polisher within stipulated targets and acceptable quality levels.

  • Executes all production activities as instructed, such as but not limited to container preparations, inspections, washing, loading and palletizing to and from conveyor, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material receiving and handling, barcode generation and printing.

  • Prescribe to adhere the procedure on QMS, EMS and OHS.

  • Carry out necessary process parameters and record the data on check sheet and ensure that the readings are within prescribe operational range.

  • Able to carry out and use hand held equipment necessary for operation activities.

  • Able to carry out and use NAV operations.

  • Able to carry out simple maintenance work.

  • Able to carry out process and line improvement.

  • Maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area.

  • Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities.

  • Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure and observing line discipline.

  • Performs any other tasks as instructed by the Superior.
