**Logistic, Asst Manager**

This role will lead to new creation of 3PL warehouses for new subsidiaries and drive excellence in operation efficiency.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Responsible to identify potential 3PL partners and manage the RFP process from vendor selection, rates negotiation, final evaluation up to implementation stage.
- Define and drive project plans involving numerous cross-functional stakeholders to complete deliverables on time and in the utmost quality.
- Responsible to drive certain logistics roadmap to adapt to ecommerce & wholesale business strategy and strong logistics expansion.
- Drive actions to align on business requirements such as new process set-up, pilot run and logistics readiness to product launches.
- Establish relationship towards Logistics Service Providers to drive cost and quality performance as aligned to business goals.
- Negotiate project implementation costing and manage project implementation costs tracking and allocation of costs to business owners.
- Provide regular updates on project implementation progress to senior management and sponsors to enable overall project progress monitoring.
- Manage the budget, scope, and timelines for every single project.
- Identifying risks in the project pipeline.
- Weekly catch up with project team on project updates.

END-TO-END SYSTEM TESTING (PROJECT)
- Plan and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensuring full supply chain end-to-end test are achieved.
- Troubleshoot / raise ticket for SAP support team to identify & resolve system issues.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE
- Built-up business rule & SOP with specific country Logistics Manager / 3PL.
- Constantly review SEA operations and share best practices across.
- Review and challenge operational solutions offered by 3PL to dictate if it is in-line with company business growth.
- Review the operation scalability managed by 3PL based on company business growth projections.
- Strategy & capacity planning with specific country Logistics Manager on warehouse migration.

OTHERS
- Compile and analyze SEA monthly warehouse & freight expenses for management reporting.
- Support weekly management meeting to report operation updates and to highlight risks if any.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Transportation Management
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP knowledge
- Result oriented; Team player; Responsible; Self-motivated; Independent; Able to work in fastpace environment
