**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
- Optimize warehouse functions and oversee inventory processes.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage a team of logistics personnel, providing training and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
