**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Human Resource Associate provide essential administration functions for employee lifecycle management including, but not limited to, payroll, leave, claims processing, training and performance management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides support for human resource activities such as, events coordination, staff confirmation, logístical support for staff engagement activities, schemes & awards etc;
- Administrator for HR systems such as HRIS (Prosoft software), IRAS, Training and Appraisal systems;
- Payroll, leave and claims administration;
- Provide first line advice on HR policies, legal and statutory requirement;
- Maintain documents such as HR Master list, Organisation Charts etc. for Management’s reference;
- To support management in HR data mining and presentation as well as monthly / quarterly reporting;
- Payment and claim submission and;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum a Diploma in any related discipline.
- Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table) would be a plus.
- Organised, Meticulous and an eye for details.
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
