Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Human Resource Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for managing employee payroll, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee payroll, including creating timesheets, calculating earnings, and verifying accuracy.
  2. Oversee recruitment process, from job postings to interview scheduling and candidate selection.
  3. Maintain accurate records of employee leave, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  4. Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as tax and labor codes.
  6. Liaise with insurance providers to monitor and renew policies as needed.
  7. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
