**What the day will look like**

The key objective of this role is to leverage relationships across Southeast Asia and reinsurance proficiency to identify and execute opportunities to empower clients through a variety of reinsurance tools. The role involves advising our clients and executing reinsurance transactions on their behalf.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients across Southeast Asia to identify, articulate and execute transactions that address their objectives
- Leverage relationships with reinsurers to keep abreast available solutions and influence positive outcomes for our clients
- Identify and articulate reinsurance solutions addressing clients’ objectives and needs (risk management, business growth, balance sheet optimisation, investment enhancement)
- Drive structuring and formulation of optimal solutions (from traditional life reinsurance to financial reinsurance as well as consulting projects)
- Drive the execution of transactions (e.g. terms negotiations) as well as renewal of some existing business
- Work collaboratively in a cohesive team environment with colleagues in Singapore and across the region
- Contribute to market opportunity landscaping and strategic planning
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base and development of unique solutions to clients’ challenges
