**Executive Director - Global Health Analytics (ACIA Singapore)**
The Executive Director - Global Health Analytics will own the Health Analytics team in Aon’s Center for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA), Singapore. The Executive Director will be responsible for growing the commercialization of analytics across all Aon regions. They will partner with regional analytics leaders, CEOs, and CCOs to identify market opportunities, co-create ideas, and lead the development of analytics products and solutions that create new value for clients and colleagues. The Executive Director will have dual reporting to the CEO of the Aon Center for Innovation and Analytics and Aon’s Global Health Analytics Leader.

**What the day will look like**
The Executive Director will also have responsibility for delivery of foundational analytics capabilities that meet the needs of Aon’s broking and consulting clients. They will be responsible for product roadmaps, ongoing improvements, and platform delivery. The Executive Director will work closely with Aon’s Health COO to fully embed analytics capabilities into Aon’s core delivery model. The Executive Director will have management responsibility for the Health Analytics team in ACIA, which consists of approximately 60 colleagues in Singapore and India, as well as have responsibility for continuing to grow Aon’s Health analytics capabilities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Increase commercial analytics opportunities across Aon Health by:
- Partnering closely with regional Health leaders (CEOs, commercial leaders, analytics leaders) to co-create ideas and rapidly identify market opportunities and drive commercialization of analytics solutions.
- Owning the ACIA Health team in the development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to test co-created commercial ideas.
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end development of new analytics products and solutions, from prototype to fully scaled delivery.
- Partner with the Global Health Analytics leader and other key senior Health executives to set global Health Data & Analytic objectives.
- Provide knowledge and technical direction in the development, design and integration of products; optimally identify issues and communicate and develop resolution plans.
- Lead the ACIA, Singapore team and build upon the diverse and inclusive culture.
- Drive the development of new products and solutions and expand global analytics platforms and tools to support Aon core consulting and broking services, including actuarial modelling tools, benchmarking platforms, claims analytics tools, and similar platforms.
- Improve core analytics platforms to build additional value for Aon clients.
- Grow Aon’s Health analytics capabilities through team leadership, talent acquisition, and external promotion of Aon expertise.
- Ensure we have the appropriate resource mix across business (domain expertise), data science/actuarial and technical resources across the ACIA Health analytics team.
- Join the ACIA Senior Leadership Team and help to implement the strategy of the ACIA and grow the Center.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Fifteen plus years of deep domain expertise within health analytics
- Demonstrated track record in developing commercial analytics solutions from idea inception through product release
- Innovative mindset to create commercially scalable digital products from business concept in collaboration with executive leaders globally
- Experience leading a team of cross functional experts (e.g. technical and business resources) in support of not only the current suite of products but also in the design and development of emerging technology
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant discipline
