**About the Team**:
- Shopee COO People Team is responsible for strategising and driving talent programmes across the region. We are looking for people with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for identifying opportunities and driving talent solutions.- Develop key people strategies and drive key people priorities across Shopee’s regional teams, as a people advisor to the COO
- Work closely with stakeholders across the regional markets to solve complex organisational challenges through people related solutions and deliver best-in-class programs
- Influence and guide stakeholders across the organization to move toward a common vision or goal
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of the issue. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience
- Strong passion for people and organisational topics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgment and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Professional and commercial acumen, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
