**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the COO in daily business operations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the COO.
- Draft and organize meeting minutes, reports, and other business documents in both English and Chinese.
- Coordinate communication and cooperation between departments to promote teamwork.
- Liaise with government documents and agencies as required.
- Assist in resolving issues in daily business operations and report progress to the COO.
- Manage the daily affairs of the COO's office, including file management and office equipment maintenance.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from employees and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Management or related field preferred.
- Experience in administrative work in Singapore, with the ability to liaise with government documents and agencies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and remain efficient.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
