**THE ROLE
As Head of Strategy you will collaborate across the organisation to guide, challenge and provide practical support for the planning and long-term development and effective delivery of the product road map.

You will work closely with the CTO and COO to improve an cultivate strategic plans to align the organisations vision, communication plan, and product road map all-in-all whilst keeping in line and evaluating the financial requirements needed to execute these initiatives effectively.

In addition, the role entails you to provide strategic market and industry advise to Senior management by analysing and advising on alternative business development approaches and strategies based off conducted market research and analysis.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)**
- Deliver the product and new feature roadmap
- Liaise with Engineering team to ensure delivery of product to stakeholders
- Evaluate the financial, volume growth, and operational effectiveness of the business development initiatives
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure we are building a best-in-class trading platform.
- Shape the strategic business plan development by identifying market trends and ensuring LiquidityOne is ahead of any current and forthcoming competition.
