**Job Description**:

- Develop commercial strategy for the country as per the organization’s short and long-term objectives.
- Lead a team to execute the commercial business strategies, which cover pulp, paper and paperboard industries.
- Manage the selling prices, expenses and G&A for the country to achieve target profitability.
- Manage relationship with key customers and other stakeholders in the country.
- Coordinate with HQ and mills to achieve business targets and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Build up process & connections to collect in-depth reliable market intelligence relating to pulp, paper and paperboard industries.
- Manage financial, tax, legal & HR related matters for the local entity to ensure compliance with the country’s regulatory requirement.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 15 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to travel.
