**We are looking for a Personal Assistant, who is meticulous, detail oriented and take ownership of her work to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
**Personal Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Director in his 2 businesses
- Reporting to Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director and his team.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Adhere to any ad hoc duties assigned.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.

**_Requirements: _**
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skill to communicate with Clients on behalf of Director.
- Attention to details (Detail-oriented and Meticulous) need to be able to scrutinize and plan everything.
- Take great initiative and be dependable
